After touring the Kasbah, you will have some free time to sample some of the regional food. After a tasty lunch, you will travel through the Ounila Valley. Then, you will visit the Ait Ben Haddou ksar, or fortified village, and explore the famous Kasbah. You will pass small Berber settlements and adobe homes in the mountains. a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

This amazing set was the backdrop for many films, including Gladiator, Obelix, The Mummy, The Jewel of the Nile, and Sahara, which starred Penélope Cruz. After visiting the Kasbah, you will go to Ouarzazate, “The Gate of the Desert.”

Many small towns in the Valley of a Thousand Kasbahs use traditional farming methods. You can see them as you go toward Boumalne Dades.

As you pass through the beautiful Kelâat M’Gouna, the “Valley of the Roses,” watch for nomads tending to their animals. You will arrive at Boumalne Dades, an important town on the Dades River. The hotel where you will spend the night serves dinner.

Day 4 :Boumaln Dades, Todra Gorges, Merzouga Desert:

After a tasty breakfast, you’ll visit the 300-meter-tall golden mountain: the Todra Gorges. As you continue, you may see climbers ascending the 300-meter cliff face.

In the afternoon, your tour guide will take you to various Berber settlements. After lunch at a neighboring restaurant, you’ll head to Rissani, which has its own claim to fame.

Furthermore, Rissani’s date markets are well-known worldwide. For trade caravans heading to Tombouctou, it was the starting point. They crossed the Sahara Desert to get there.

You are going to arrive at the fascinating Merzouga Desert following a long drive in your 4×4 car. Exchange your car for a solitary camel and embark on a tranquil journey across the sand dunes.

You will be able to see the ever-changing Erg Chebbi Saharan dunes. Encounter a Berber family on the move and share a cup of tea.

Continue to the 35 square kilometers (14 square miles) of rolling sand dunes. Some summits over 650 feet (200 m) have varying colors and contours depending on the wind and sun.

We will arrive at our luxurious campsite as dusk is setting and greet it as if it were something out of a dream. At this point, you should be ready for a meal. You will have a Moroccan dinner.

Also, a lovely campfire will be next to your seat. The natural beauty and sand dunes will amaze you. After dinner, the local nomads will treat you to a drum show.

When you get home, you’ll wonder if your holiday in Merzouga was a dream. So, don’t forget to take lots of photos!

Day 5: Sahara Desert – Azrou – Ifrane – Fes:

To witness the dawn, you’ll rise early today. The vastness of the land and the light on the sand create an amazing feeling. As you see the sky light up, all your exhausted muscles feel renewed.

As the sun climbs higher and higher in the sky, so does your energy level. It’s an experience in life that you shouldn’t pass up. After breakfast at the camp, you will ride your camel back to the village of Merzouga. Your driver will be ready to take you through the Ziz Valley to Fès.

You will go to Errachidia via Erfoud, Aoufous, and the Ziz Valley. First, stop for a view of the Aoufous oasis in Tafilalt. Proceed to Midelt and pause for lunch after crossing the Tizi N’talghamt pass.

Continue along the cedar forest’s edge to Azrou, which means “rock” in Berber. Azrou is a high hill surrounded by cedar trees and is home to endangered Barbary Apes.

On day five of your 10-day vacation from Marrakech, you’ll visit Ifrane. It’s a tidy, well-kept city that resembles Switzerland, transplanted to the Middle Atlas.

The city has many museums and cultural attractions. It also has beautiful parks and gardens. The Atlas Lion, once native here, symbolizes the city. A stone statue in the center honors it.

You’re going to seize the chance to stop and snap some photos. Tourists to Ifrane can enjoy many outdoor activities, like hiking, climbing, and skiing. In the late afternoon, you will travel to Fes, where you will spend the night at a classic riad in the heart of the city.

Day 6: Fes Sightseeing with Local Guide:

Today, embark on a guided city tour with a local guide. Fes is a city worth getting lost in due of its impossibly large (and typically puzzling) old Medina. Starting at the Royal Palace, you’ll travel through the old Jewish District before climbing to one of the Borj towers for panoramic views of the medina.

You will then go to a mosaic residence to observe a demonstration of the old ceramic methods employed by Fassi craftsmen. You will be able to see every stage of the process, from clay manufacture to mosaic assembly.

Following the demonstration, the tour will take you into Fes’s Medina, where you can explore the historic streets and neighborhoods, visit the various artisan neighborhoods (including the tanneries), and see important historical landmarks such as Idriss II’s Tomb and Al-Qarawaiyin University, the world’s oldest continuously operating university.

Your trip will end after lunch, and you will have the rest of the day and evening to enjoy however you like in the Medina. To represent Islam’s sacred hue, the mosaics of Bab Boujloud’s arch shift from blue on the outside to green on the inside.

Walk through Medina’s markets and streets. If you get lost, don’t be afraid; it’s all part of the experience. Return to your Riad (a traditional Moroccan residence with an interior garden) for the evening as you descend the hill.

Day 7: Fes – Volubilis – Meknes – Chefchaouen:

You will continue your 10-day vacation to Chefchaouen today, departing from Marrakech. After an excellent breakfast at the Fes hotel, you will be driven to Volubilis. It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and an ancient Roman city.

When Martin Scorsese used this city for The Last Temptation of Christ, it drew global attention. You will tour the Roman remains, which are adorned with exquisite mosaics and vivid tiles that depict Roman mythology.

The visible ruins include several acres of walls, massive column fragments, the capitol, the basilica, and a triumphal arch. The villagers named it “Ksar Faraoun,” or “the Pharaoh’s Castle.” They came to believe that ancient Egyptians had built it.

Meknes, an imperial city, dates from the start of the Alawite dynasty’s rule over Morocco. It is the second stop on your tour. You can see the ornate Moulay Ismail Mausoleum, the Bab el-Mansour gateway, and the Sahrij Souani Basin.

After that, we’re going to Moulay Idriss. In the Khyber and Tazga hills, people have built a metropolis by carving the rock formations. Its buildings tumble down the hillsides, and they are awe-inspiring. They hold an annual religious festival here in August. It is a key pilgrimage site for the devout.

After an amazing day, we will drive you over the Rif Mountains to Chefchaouen, the Blue City. You will spend the night in a lovely Riad.

Day 8 :Chefchaouen – Rabat – Casablanca:

After breakfast, you will check out of the hotel and explore this charming town. The quaint village of Chefchaouen, in Morocco’s northern Rif Mountains, is a popular tourist spot.

Its quaint cottages and winding alleys are a photographer’s dream. Its relaxed vibe is a welcome break from the hustle of bigger Moroccan cities. Chefchaouen’s top attractions are the Medina, the Kasbah, and various mosques and madrassas.

The Medina’s blue-washed buildings are the city’s most unique feature. Another popular spot is the Kasbah. It has stunning views of the mountains.

Many traditional Moroccan craftspeople live in Chefchaouen and sell their products in Medina. These include potters, weavers, and leather artisans. Many good restaurants serve both traditional Moroccan meals and cuisines from other countries.

You will be escorted to Rabat following lunch. The Bouregreg River runs into the Atlantic Ocean and is located at its mouth. Salé, which is Rabat’s bedroom community, sits on the river’s edge.

You’ll then head towards Mohammed V’s Mausoleum. You will then start relocating to Casablanca. Following this thrilling excursion, you will spend the night in a comfortable hotel.

Day 9 :Exploring Casablanca:

This day will begin with a delicious breakfast at the hotel. Next, you’ll tour Casablanca, a lively city with many sites. They include the Hassan II Mosque, one of the world’s largest.

The mosque has a capacity of over 25,000 people and is located on a peninsula with views of the Atlantic Ocean. In 1993, the mosque was built. After the mosque, you will visit the bustling Old Medina, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Most of the city’s attractions are in the Old Medina, a historic district. This city is a major banking and commercial hub, and it is home to several of Morocco’s largest firms.

A vacation in Casablanca is incomplete without trying the regional delicacies. Because the city is famous for its seafood, try dishes such as fish tagine and shrimp couscous.

Finally, enjoy a glass of Moroccan mint tea, a beloved cooling drink. Casablanca has something for everyone. You can learn about Moroccan culture or relax on the beach. If you travel out of Casablanca, you will spend the night there. If you fly out of Marrakech, we will take the road and arrive in the red city in the afternoon.

Day 10 :End of the 10-day Morocco tour package:

Your 10-day trip from Marrakech ends here. You may share your experiences, emotions, and secrets with one another. You’ll also enjoy your final journey from Casablanca to the airport.
