Then will travel over the wonderful High Atlas Mountains via the beautiful Tizi-N-Tichka Pas. After enjoying a delicious lunch in Ait Ben Haddou or Ouarzazate, our trip will take us to the Dades Gorge, passing via the interesting Skoura and the beautiful Rose Valley. In Skoura’s verdant oasis, you may see the impressive Amridil Kasbah, a great fortified settlement. For those going in the spring, we can make special stops to see the valley decorated with a stunning display of roses in full bloom. When you arrive at Dades Gorge, prepare to be impressed by the beautiful rock formations known as “monkey fingers,” while also enjoying a panoramic view of the awesome Gorge. Finally, we’ll head to your hotel for an evening of relaxation, dinner, and an overnight stay hotel or riad.
Begin your second day with a delicious breakfast at your Riad in the Dades Valley. We will next travel to Tinghir, where you will be able to enjoy a beautiful oasis and historical kasbahs that before housed Berber and Jewish communities side by side. Before heading to the Sahara Desert, you’ll be able to spend time beneath the enormous 300-meter cliffs of the Todra Gorge.
We will stop for an excellent meal en route, and when we arrive at Merzouga Erg Chebbi desert, your camel guide and our camels will be ready to guide you across Erg Chebbi’s beautiful dunes to your desert tent. On the route, you will stop at a high dune to enjoy a wonderful sunset while experiencing sandboarding activity. As the sun sets, our camp staff will prepare a delicious dinner and entertain you with amazing Berber drum performances around a campfire under a starry night sky.
It is recommended that you get up early today to see the peaceful sunrise from your camp. After a delicious breakfast, we’ll pick you up in a 4×4 vehicle to begin our Sahara exploration:
Drive to where the nomads are settling. They will warmly welcome you to one of their tents for tea. It is a fantastic opportunity to learn how they live in a difficult environment disconnected from civilization. Explore a mysterious abandoned community in the midst of nowhere! The town is home to the Galena mines. You’ll get to see them, too. Drive to another town, Khamlia, where people will perform Gnaoua music. Their origins are in southern African countries such as Sudan. You can also enjoy lunch at a neighborhood restaurant. After lunch, we will drive to your riad. An early morning today is greeted with another lovely sunrise from your riad’s terrace. Then, we begin our journey. We will begin by visiting a typical souk in Rissani, the historic city. Then travel to Ouarzazate via the gorgeous Draa Valley, stopping in Agdez to enjoy the valley landscapes. Arrive at your riad in Ouarzazate in the late afternoon. for an overnight stay.
On our final day’s tour of Marrakech, the morning begins with a delicious breakfast at your riad in Ouarzazate which is known as Africa’s Hollywood and the gateway to the Sahara Desert. The city is home to the old Kasbah of Taourirt and the Atlas studio, which has made it a popular filming site.
After exploring the magnificent attractions of Ouarzazate, we will travel to the interesting Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou. We will have the opportunity to do a tour of the old Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, which has been protected by UNESCO since 1987 due to its significant significance in history.

We booked a 5 days tour from marrakech to merzouga, and we really enjoyed. We opted for an independent DIY desert trip and embarked on a camel ride into the desert. It was a great experience and well-managed. The services between Marrakesh and the Merzouga desert were top-notch. We also decided to include Casablanca for one day, and it was amazing. We just got back from our Morocco tour, around 5 days Marrakech. Our guide, Hassan, met us at the airport and took us to our hotel. In the morning, we started our Marrakech itinerary. We visited Dades and Marrakech. We explored the nomad villages on a day Merzouga desert tour. We visited the Merzouga dunes. It was an amazing Morocco tour, around 5 days tour from marrakech to merzouga.
