First day: After meeting with our guests in the village, you will leave your car in secure parking at the hotel . Then, you will pack your things for the evening in the desert.
Our 2 -night camel ride in Merzouga will start in the late afternoon, about two hours before dark. It will take you into the heart of the desert dunes. The trek lasts about an hour and a half. It gives you the chance to see one of Morocco's most beautiful sunsets. If you're into sandboarding, you'll take a break in the Sahara. You'll take photos and admire the landscapes until the sun sets. Then head to the merzouga desert camp, where you'll be met with a glass of mint tea and can relax until dinnertime. After dinner, there will be Berber drumming around the fire. Then, there will be stargazing and sleeping in a private tented camp.
Second day: We will rise early to watch the sunrise. Then, we'll have breakfast and take a 1.5 - 2-hour camel trip deeper into the desert sand dunes.
You will get a Moroccan lunch and mint tea at a small oasis in the middle of the Sahara. Or, at a nomad village. You will have plenty of time to rest among the dunes. After watching the sunset, you will return to the desert camp to sleep. You will stay for a second night and have a delicious dinner.
The next day, it's worth getting up early to see the sunrise and take great photos. Then, have a tasty breakfast and a shower at the camp.
After that, you will ride the camel back to the starting point. Or, we can take you directly from the camp to the village. This ends your Sahara adventure: a 2-night camel trek in Merzouga.
